Job summary

Technology Innovation Institute in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior IT Business Partner to lead end-to-end process reengineering across the organization, bridging business functions and ERP teams.

You will drive scalable automation with Agentic AI, map processes, and define RACI models while aligning with SAP S/4HANA capabilities.

This role requires 8–12 years of experience in business analysis or IT partnership and a related degree.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in process reengineering or IT business partnering.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience in design or liaison capacity.
• Exposure to AI/automation implementations in an enterprise setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process reengineering and simplification initiatives across functions.
• Act as IT Business Partner between business functions and IT/ERP teams.
• Assess and redesign processes leveraging ERP systems to eliminate redundancies and automate steps.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement Agentic AI and intelligent automation opportunities.
• Develop process maps, SOPs, and RACI models for redesigned processes.
