tech carrot, a Dubai-based IT service provider, seeks an ERP Project Lead / Business Analyst to drive multiple ERP and business transformation initiatives. You will bridge business users, IT, and partners, ensuring coordination, timely decisions, and successful execution of project activities.

The role emphasizes CRP, UAT management, issue tracking, and engagement across supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing, with D365 F&O experience preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation, business transformation, or project coordination roles.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams.
• Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycle, CRP, UAT, and go-live activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple ERP work streams and delivery timelines simultaneously.
• Coordinate project activities between business teams, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of project deliverables.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status review sessions.
• Prepare project status reports and management updates.
