Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an IT Head to define and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligning with business goals, delivering digital transformation and leading enterprise technology initiatives including SAP S/4HANA, Odoo, WMS, BI with Power BI and Microsoft 365.

As a strategic and hands-on leader, you will drive automation, data-driven decision-making, vendor management, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and the delivery of major system implementations across the organization.

Qualifications

15+ years IT leadership experience in strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise systems.
Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA, Odoo, WMS, ERP integrations, and large IT projects.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing industry and end-to-end supply chain processes.
Excellent understanding of financial workflows and their ERP integration.

Responsibilities

Define and execute IT strategy and digital transformation roadmap.
Oversee ERP ecosystems including SAP S/4HANA and Odoo; lead WMS integration.
Lead end-to-end IT project delivery with budgeting, vendor mgmt, and governance.
Provide governance over IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and DR/BC.
Define cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and regulatory compliance.
Develop and coach IT team; drive automation and data-driven decision-making.
Manage vendor relationships and standardize IT practices across the organization.
