PanzerGlass is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist in Dubai to maintain and develop the IT infrastructure and provide local IT support. You will work across IT support, security, network, servers, backup, and Microsoft 365/Azure, reporting to the VP of IT & Corporate Projects.

PanzerGlass is globally recognised as one of the leading brands in screen protection. As our new IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will maintain and develop our IT infrastructure and provide local IT support in Dubai. You will work across IT support, security, network, servers, backup, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure, reporting to the Vice President of IT & Corporate Projects.
You will be responsible for maintaining a stable, secure and well‑performing IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing IT support to colleagues at our Dubai office
Maintaining and developing IT security
Managing and maintaining network infrastructure
Managing and maintaining servers
Handling backup solutions
Supporting and administering the Microsoft 365 suite
Supporting and administering Microsoft Azure
Building a clear overview of the current infrastructure setup and answering infrastructure-related requests
Creating a road map for infrastructure development, covering both security and performance
Cooperating with infrastructure suppliers and other partners
You have a technical IT background and enjoy taking ownership of infrastructure, from day‑to‑day support through to longer‑term planning.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A technical IT‑related education
Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in a similar position responsible for an infrastructure setup
The ability to make decisions within your main responsibility areas and manage the road map for these
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across the business
