Job summary

PanzerGlass is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist in Dubai to maintain and develop the IT infrastructure and provide local IT support. You will work across IT support, security, network, servers, backup, and Microsoft 365/Azure, reporting to the VP of IT & Corporate Projects.

The role requires a technical IT background, 1–2 years of infra experience, and strong stakeholder communication. A structured and proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Technical IT background and ability to take ownership of infra.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar infrastructure role.
• Ability to map and manage roadmaps for infrastructure areas.
• Strong communication with stakeholders across the business.
• Structured and proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to colleagues in Dubai office.
• Maintain and develop IT security.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain servers.
• Handle backup solutions.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Build an overview of current infra and respond to infra-related requests.
• Create a road map for infra development focusing on security and performance.
• Cooperate with infrastructure suppliers and partners.
