Responsibilities

• Lead operational management and expansion of IT infrastructure and cloud systems.
• Prepare annual IT infrastructure budget with Finance.
• Negotiate SLAs and AMCs with vendors and service providers.
• Ensure high network uptime with SD-WAN and redundant ISPs.
• Test failover, off-site recovery, and cloud backups.
• Coordinate server, network device, firewall upgrades per global standards.
• Maintain 24/7 system stability and IT helpdesk support.
• Ensure data security, governance, and regulatory compliance.
