Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Infrastructure Specialist to design, implement and support enterprise IT infrastructure ensuring availability, security, performance and scalability.

You will lead upgrades, manage Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, cloud environments (Azure/AWS), DR solutions, and collaborate with cybersecurity, network and cloud teams while guiding junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management and support.
• Strong experience with enterprise servers, storage, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Experience with VMware, Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure/AWS, and enterprise storage solutions.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware, AWS/Azure, ITIL) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization and cloud environments.
• Ensure high availability, performance, security and reliability of infrastructure systems.
• Lead infrastructure upgrade, migration and transformation projects.
• Manage and support Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, backup and disaster recovery.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure standards, documentation, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, network, application and cloud teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage vendors and third-party service providers and ensure SLAs are met.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior infrastructure team members.
