Qualifications

• Bachelor's in IT engineering or IT degree with relevant experience.
• 3+ years of IT infrastructure or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Word; English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure strategy and budget management for VHFL IT systems.
• Ensure high network availability and test DR/backup procedures.
• Coordinate with Global IT for server, network devices and security.
• Oversee 24/7 operations and IT helpdesk support.
• Enforce data security and governance in line with policies.
