Job summary

Help AG in Dubai seeks a seasoned IT infrastructure lead to manage health and availability of enterprise systems. You will troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers, deploy patches, and provide security and policy guidance.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in IT/security with 10+ years of experience, strong Linux, AD, firewall/WAF skills, and hands-on VMware and cloud experience (Azure/OCI). Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus. This role offers hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information security or IT-related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and servers.
• Relevant certifications in infrastructure technologies.
• Understanding of Microsoft domain and active directory.
• Strong Linux administration experience.
• Experience with firewall/WAF and virtualization (VMware).
• Clear and structured documentation and diagramming.
• Excellent, accent-free English communication (Arabic an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Conduct health and availability management of all systems.
• Troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers/applications.
• Cycle patching and urgent/critical patch deployment.
• Submit monthly security patch reports.
• Support MSS IT infrastructure.
• Automate operational tasks across the platform.
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure in Azure and OCI.
• Automate provisioning for new customers and services.
