Job summary

FDC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Internal IT Infrastructure Specialist/Engineer to join its on‑site IT team. You will manage office infrastructure, network operations, cybersecurity, and daily IT support, ensuring reliable and secure operations in a hybrid environment.

The role requires strong enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and security expertise, with responsibilities spanning on‑prem and cloud platforms, and collaboration with vendors to maintain UAE security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT and 3–5+ years in corporate IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and hardware support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, and firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto).
• Support local and hybrid server environments (VMware, Hyper‑V) and cloud platforms.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID and related cloud services; ensure security and DR readiness.
• Coordinate with telecom providers and IT vendors; handle procurement and onboarding/offboarding.
