Job summary

techcarrot in Dubai is seeking a proactive Administration & Asset Management associate to support planning innovation events, track inventory, coordinate with external partners, and streamline facility utilization. You will manage facility activities and oversee contract records to ensure timely renewals.

The role requires a graduate in Commerce or Business Administration with at least two years in administration or asset management within IT.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce or Business Administration.
• 2 years’ experience in Administration / asset management / logistics in IT industry.
• Strong administrative, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning innovation events and calendar for the team.
• Track and maintain the inventory of team assets.
• Plan coordination with external partners for events and streamline facility utilization.
• Coordinate and manage facility management activities and maintain accurate contract records.
• Handle offboarding tasks from ADMIN side and IT asset updates including allocations and deactivations.
• Address end-user queries from Service Desk/IT teams and ensure closure of asset-related issues.
• Perform general administrative duties as required.
