Job summary

The IT Asset Officer at TCS (MEA) will manage IT hardware and software assets across their lifecycle, ensuring accurate tracking, audits, and compliant disposal. You will monitor stock levels, support procurement, and drive cost-control initiatives for the IT department.

Based in Dubai, this on-site role requires 2+ years in asset/inventory management, proficiency with ITAM tools (ServiceNow, SCCM) and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• 2+ years in IT asset/inventory management or similar role.
• Proficient with IT asset tools (ServiceNow, SCCM) and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Inventory & stock management, maintain accurate records of IT assets and perform regular audits.
• Asset lifecycle management from procurement to disposal, updating registers with serials, warranties and assignments.
• Compliance & reporting: ensure software license compliance, produce utilization and depreciation reports, support audits.
