Job summary

Swisslinx Middle East seeks an Investor Relations & Operations Manager to join its Dubai office, owning investor relations, LP servicing, and the firm’s operational rhythm.

The successful candidate will work directly with the founding partners, coordinating LP updates, KYC refreshes, and fund-related reporting across SPVs and co-investment vehicles.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of fund administration or back-office experience in asset management.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS as applied to investment funds.
• Excellent writing skills for external firm communications.
• Ability to work autonomously with high discretion.
• Must be based in the UAE.
• Bachelor's or higher from a reputable Western university.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for limited partners, resolving questions and ensuring accurate, prompt document delivery.
• Prepare quarterly fund updates and collect reporting from high-growth portfolio companies.
• Join LP calls alongside the partners to review portfolio performance and new investments.
• Onboard new LPs into SPVs and co-investment vehicles, managing subscription documents through Carta from first interest to deal closing.
• Coordinate annual LP KYC refreshes with the firm's provider and investors.
• Manage the relationship with Carta as fund administrator, reviewing their work closely for accuracy.
• Review K-1s and coordinate with CPAs and auditors through year-end.
• Manage banking and treasury operations across funds and SPVs.
• Maintain and organize the data room, LP records, and CRM.
• Coordinate annual meetings, LP dinners, conference attendance, and related travel.
• Build operational processes and documentation as the firm scales.

Candidate profile

To qualify for this position, you should demonstrate:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in fund administration, Big 4 audit covering asset managers, or a private equity/venture capital back-office role.
• A working understanding of US GAAP or IFRS as it applies to investment funds, with strong command of fund mechanics, capital accounts, management fees, and performance metrics.
• Exceptional writing skills, as a meaningful share of external firm communication will be drafted by you.
• Comfort operating autonomously without rigid structure or daily supervision.
• High discretion given the sensitivity of confidential information.
• Must be based in the UAE
• Reputable western university degree

Due to international stakeholders across the US, some flexibility is required for occasional late-evening calls or closing tasks from home.
