Job summary

Kaishi Partners, a global technology-focused venture capital fund, seeks a dedicated support member in its Dubai office. The role spans fund accounting, investor relations, and operations, including interaction with LPs, FA’s, and regulatory requirements.

A flexible, stand-alone contributor who can handle diverse tasks is essential. The position is hybrid, with 2–3 days in the office and opportunities to engage with partners and external parties on US GAAP considerations and back-office

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fund administration, Big 4, or a PE/VC back office position in the MENA region.
• Experience with US GAAP as applied to investment funds.
• Strong stakeholder management to coordinate with Partners, FA's, LPs, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Manage fund accounting, investor relations, and operations across LPs, FA's, KYC, and finance ops.
• Collaborate with external parties and regulators as needed.
• Support a standalone back office function in a hybrid Dubai role.

Job description

Our client is a global technology focused Venture Capital fund, who are now looking to hire their first support team member, based out of their Dubai office.

Your responsibility will span Fund Accounting, Investor Relations, and Operations, be it working with LP's / FA's, KYC, Finance Ops, etc. A no job too small mentality is essential, as this is a stand alone role.

Responsibilities / Requirements include:

• 2+ years of experience in fund administration, Big 4, or a PE/VC back office position in the MENA region
• Global experience, particularly when it comes to how US GAAP applies to investment funds
• Superb stakeholder management skills in order to work with the Partners, as well as externally to deal with FA's, LP requests, KYC requirements from regulatory bodies etc.

This will be a hybrid role, with 2-3 days spent in office.
