Job summary

Unify delivers integrated business services and is seeking an experienced Senior Investment Administrator to oversee fund accounting, investment administration and investor transactions within an ADGM environment.

The successful candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience in fund accounting, fund administration, LP transactions and regulatory controls, with strong knowledge of investment structures and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 14–15 years experience in fund administration/investment operations.
• Hands-on fund accounting and fund administration experience.
• Experience managing LP transactions, capital calls and distributions.
• Auditing experience and knowledge of financial reporting and controls.
• Experience working within the ADGM regulatory environment.
• Big 4 training preferred or Big 4 experience.
• Strong knowledge of investment structures, accounting principles and reconciliations.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day fund and investment administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
• Manage and review fund accounting, NAV calculations, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Coordinate LP transactions, including capital calls, distributions and investor records.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support periodic and year-end financial reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors, fund administrators, custodians, banks and other service providers.
• Support annual audits and ensure timely resolution of audit queries.
• Ensure fund administration activities comply with ADGM and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain robust controls, documentation and reporting across investment and fund operations.
• Review operational processes and identify opportunities to strengthen controls and improve efficiency.
• Provide senior-level oversight and guidance on complex fund administration and accounting matters.

Qualifications & Experience

• 14–15 years of relevant experience within fund administration, investment operations, asset management, private equity or a related environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in fund accounting and fund administration.
• Extensive experience managing LP transactions, capital calls, distributions and investor administration.
• Strong audit experience and understanding of financial reporting and control requirements.
• Demonstrable experience working within the ADGM regulatory environment.
• Big 4 training or previous Big 4 experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of investment structures, accounting principles, reconciliations and financial controls.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
