Job summary

Zoho in Dubai seeks an experienced Business Analyst to drive digital transformation in airline eCommerce. You will work with product owners, UX teams, and technology stakeholders to optimize customer journeys across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and supporting Agile delivery, UAT, and performance monitoring. Relocation is possible with a valid passport.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
Experience documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable user stories.
Knowledge of airline/travel/eCommerce domains is a plus.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, analytics, APIs, and UX principles.
