NorthBay Solutions LLC in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeks a Senior Business Analyst fluent in Arabic and proficient in English to lead requirements gathering, analysis, and stakeholder management across complex IT projects.

You will translate business needs into BRDs, SRSs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, collaborate with architects, QA, and developers, ensure traceability, and support both Agile and Waterfall delivery in government and large enterprise contexts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
8+ years of IT Business Analysis experience.
Arabic and English bilingual environment experience.
Fluent Arabic language skills mandatory.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with BRDs, SRSs, use cases, and test artifacts.
Experience in government/large enterprise contexts preferred.
Hands-on with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and sessions.
Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
Develop BRDs, SRS, process models, BPMN/UML diagrams, and use cases.
Analyze current processes for improvement, efficiency, automation, and compliance.
Support solution definition and validation with architecture and development teams.
Collaborate with QA to define test scenarios and UAT plans.
Maintain end-to-end Requirements Traceability across the lifecycle.
Coordinate with PMs, POs, Architects, Developers, QA, and stakeholders.
Provide guidance throughout the solution lifecycle and ensure alignment with objectives.
