International Presales Leader — End-to-End Solutions

Job summary

Odine, based in the UAE, seeks a Presales Manager, International to own end-to-end solutions across the Middle East, Africa and South Asia. You will design architectures, coordinate multi-vendor integrations, and lead PoCs and RFP responses with Sales and Legal teams.

This role requires 5+ years in presales/solution architecture in telecom or ICT, strong OpenShift/Kubernetes experience, and excellent English. Travel regionally may be expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solution architecture or systems integration in telecom/ICT/enterprise infra.
• Hands-on OpenShift with Kubernetes, VMware, OpenStack/NFV, Linux, Ansible, storage or hybrid cloud.
• Experience designing and integrating multi-vendor solutions.
• Knowledge of telecom/enterprise tech: mobile core, messaging, signaling, networking, cybersecurity, OSS/BSS, cloud infra.
• Familiar with AI/ML infra, GPU sizing and MLOps is a plus.
• Proven ownership of RFPs, technical proposals and SOWs.
• Strong commercial sense and cost-modeling ability.
• Excellent English, with strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to manage multiple opportunities independently.
• Based in UAE with right to work locally and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions combining Odine products, partner technologies and integration services.
• Own solution architecture, sizing, BoM, integration dependencies and technical risks.
• Work directly with customers to understand requirements and shape new opportunities with Sales.
• Coordinate multiple technology vendors and ensure a coherent technical and commercial solution.
• Lead technical responses to RFIs, RFPs and tenders, including compliance matrices and clarifications.
• Prepare and own Statements of Work, ensuring alignment between designed, priced and contracted scope.
• Build cost models and support pricing and contract discussions with Sales, Finance and Legal.
• Lead PoCs, demonstrations and technical presentations for customer stakeholders.
• Handover won opportunities to Services and PMO with clear scope, assumptions, risks and commitments.
