Amadeus in Dubai is seeking a Transversal Presales Manager to lead complex, customer-facing solution engagements within Airline IT sales opportunities. You will act as the primary functional and technical contact, driving solution design, presales activities, scope definition, and alignment from qualification through contract signature.

The ideal candidate combines deep industry and product knowledge with strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex, customer-facing presales engagements.
• Strong ability to define solution scope and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of airline IT ecosystems and enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Amadeus point of contact for customers on functional and technical solution matters.
• Lead discovery, solution definition, scoping, and proposal activities.
• Coordinate Amadeus SMEs and customer stakeholders to ensure solution alignment.
• Ensure smooth handover to implementation teams and transition post-signature.
