You will generate new opportunities, manage key client relationships, and guide the full sales cycle from lead to closure, leveraging your UAE market knowledge and industry contacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5–8 years of proven sales or BD experience in interior fit-out.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and managing key accounts.
• UAE experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities for interior fit-out projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams.
• Manage key accounts and ensure long-term client retention.
• Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and project opportunities.
