The ideal candidate will have knowledge of LPOs, shipping, logistics, and customs clearance, plus excellent English communication and proficiency in MS Excel and MS

Qualifikationen

• Experience in procurement for interior design or fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of local and international suppliers.
• Strong negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in quotations, LPOs, and supplier follow-ups.
• Shipping, logistics and customs clearance knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Organized, detail oriented and deadline-driven.
• Good command of English; other languages advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Source and purchase materials for interior design and fit-out projects.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations and negotiate prices.
• Prepare purchase orders (LPOs) and maintain procurement records.
• Coordinate with local and international suppliers.
• Follow up on orders, shipments, deliveries and customs clearance.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers and site teams for material availability.
• Monitor procurement costs, quality and delivery schedules.
• Maintain supplier relationships and ensure purchases meet budgets.
