Job summary

Fancy Home Interiors LLC is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to source and purchase materials for interior design projects, coordinate with local and international suppliers, and manage orders from quotation through delivery. The role requires strong negotiation and organizational skills to meet budgets and timelines.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of LPOs, shipping, logistics, and customs clearance, plus excellent English communication and proficiency in MS Excel and MS

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement for interior design or fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of local and international suppliers.
• Strong negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in quotations, LPOs, and supplier follow-ups.
• Shipping, logistics and customs clearance knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Organized, detail oriented and deadline-driven.
• Good command of English; other languages advantageous.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
