Job summary

ESG Emirates Stallions Group P.J.S.C. is seeking a procurement professional to coordinate materials, equipment and subcontractor services for interior fit-out and design projects.

You will source items, prepare POs, negotiate terms and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery. The role requires 2–5 years in procurement within interior fit-out, construction, or design, with strong Excel and ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain management or procurement.
• 2–5 years of procurement experience in interior fit-out, construction or design industries.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of local market suppliers and logistics.
• Understanding procurement and supply chain management principles; supplier evaluation and contract administration.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities for fit-out and interior design projects.
• Source materials, equipment and subcontractor services.
• Prepare purchase orders within budget; negotiate pricing and terms.
• Maintain supplier relationships and procurement records.
• Monitor procurement costs and support budget control initiatives.
• Ensure timely delivery and manage supply chain risks.
