Job summary

Designfit is looking for a Procurement Assistant to support their procurement team in sourcing materials and coordinating project documentation. This role requires excellent organizational skills and 1-3 years of experience in procurement, ideally in the interior fit-out sector.

Key responsibilities include preparing Requests for Quotation (RFQs), maintaining supplier records, and assisting with Purchase Order documentation. A background in procurement workflows in the UAE is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a procurement support or administrative role.
• Familiarity with procurement workflows in the UAE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the procurement team in sourcing materials and coordinating documentation.
• Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to suppliers.
• Track and maintain logs for Purchase Orders (POs) and material deliveries.
