Job summary

ESG Emirates Stallions Group P.J.S.C. is seeking a procurement professional to coordinate materials, equipment and subcontractor services for interior fit-out and design projects.

You will source items, prepare POs, negotiate terms and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery. The role requires 2–5 years in procurement within interior fit-out, construction, or design, with strong Excel and ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain management or procurement.
• 2–5 years of procurement experience in interior fit-out, construction or design industries.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of local market suppliers and logistics.
• Understanding procurement and supply chain management principles; supplier evaluation and contract administration.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities; attention to detail.

Coordinate procurement activities for fit-out and interior design projects Source materials equipment and subcontractor services Support project teams with procurement planning and execution Maintain supplier relationships and procurement records Receive and review purchase requisitions from project teams Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations Prepare and issue Purchase Orders POs Negotiate pricing delivery schedules and payment terms within approved limits Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials Track orders and follow-up on pending deliveries Verify compliance of purchased items with project specifications Maintain procurement documentation and supplier databases Coordinate with designers project managers quantity surveyors and site teams Resolve procurement-related issues shortages and delivery delays Monitor procurement costs and support budget control initiatives Prepare procurement reports and status updates for management Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures Request quotations from approval and potential suppliers Recommend supplier selection based on technical and commercial evaluations Issue Purchase Orders within approved budgets and delegated authority limits Coordinate directly with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and order requirements Escalate procurement risks delays and non-compliance issues to management Recommend alternative suppliers or materials to meet project requirements Verify and approve procurement documentation for processing as per company authorization matrix Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain management, procurement.
