Job summary

STRATEGIC WEALTH ADVISORS DMCC in Dubai seeks an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing for interior design fit-outs in residential and villa projects. You will source vendors, obtain quotations and negotiate pricing to meet project timelines.

You will maintain a reliable supplier database, evaluate vendors on quality and reliability, and coordinate with designers, project managers and site teams. UAE experience is highly valued for this role.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of procurement experience, preferably in Interior Design / Fit-Out / Residential / Villas.
• Existing knowledge/network of UAE vendors and suppliers is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, joinery and project procurement.
• Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.
• Able to coordinate closely with design, project and site teams.
• UAE experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement for interior design fit-out residential and villa projects.
• Source and coordinate with vendors suppliers manufacturers and subcontractors.
• Obtain quotations, prepare comparisons and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Procure interior materials, furniture, fixtures, finishes, joinery and project-related requirements.
• Develop and maintain a reliable vendor and supplier database.
• Coordinate with Interior Designers, Project Managers and site teams to understand project requirements.
• Track purchase orders, deliveries and material availability against project timelines.
• Evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, delivery and reliability.
