Nexus People is recruiting for an Affinity Department role in Dubai to manage insurance services for premium automotive brands. You will interact with clients and support policy issuance, renewals, and upselling of insurance products.

The candidate will work in a showroom setting with friendly customer-facing duties and occasional office operations support, aligned with a 6-month probation. UAE experience and strong communication skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills mandatory.
• UAE driving license is a plus; freshers raised in the UAE may be considered.

• Manage motor insurance processes including policy issuance and renewals.
• Interact with clients and provide end-to-end insurance support.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will be part of the Affinity Department managing insurance services for premium automotive brands such as Volkswagen Porsche and Audi. The role involves both customer interaction and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage motor insurance processes including policy issuance and renewals
• Interact with clients and provide end-to-end insurance support
• Ensure high-quality service for a diverse international customer base
• Support showroom office operations as required
• Assist in sales and upselling of insurance products

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• BOP or similar background acceptable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills mandatory
• Presentable with a customer-focused approach
• UAE insurance experience is an advantage
• UAE driving license is a plus
• Freshers raised in the UAE may also be considered
