Job summary

Combuzz HR Solutions in Dubai is seeking dynamic Sales Executives with experience in insurance, credit cards, or personal loans to drive new business and revenue through product sales. The role requires a target-driven attitude and excellent English communication.

You will generate new business via cold calling, direct sales, networking, and referrals, and promote Motor, Fire, Package, and Engineering insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
• Mandatory sales experience in insurance, credit cards, or personal loans.
• Excellent verbal English communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong persuasion, networking, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, direct sales, networking, and client referrals.
• Promote and sell insurance products, including Motor, Fire, Package, and Engineering insurance.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage, with training provided.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets and premium collection goals.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
