Job summary

Bybit in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeks an experienced Institutional Sales professional to expand our traditional finance client base, onboard new partners, and manage high-level relationships. You will collaborate with product, compliance, risk, and engineering to implement institutional-grade solutions and drive growth in AUM and trading activity.

The role requires a strong network, fluency in English, and the ability to navigate fast-paced, high-intensity environments.

Qualifications

3+ years of Sales or Business Development in traditional finance.
Mature network of institutional client resources and C-suite dialogues.
Fundamental understanding of digital assets, crypto custody, DeFi.
Fluent in English for global communications.
Self-driven, objective-oriented in a high‑pace environment.

Responsibilities

Institutional Client Acquisition: expand traditional financial institution clients and drive onboarding and trading.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Engineering.
Commercial Negotiation: lead negotiations and term structuring to close partnerships.
Account Management & Growth: monitor existing clients and cross-sell for CLV growth.
Market Intelligence: deliver insights and competitive analyses to product teams.
KPI Delivery: meet and exceed sales targets including AUM growth and trading volume.
