Job summary

FinTop Consulting in Dubai is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead new client acquisition and strategic growth across institutional trading ecosystems. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing, build relationships with brokers and financial institutions, and collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver client success.

This role demands 5+ years of institutional B2B sales and a proven ability to exceed targets in a fast-paced FinTech

Qualifications

5+ years of institutional B2B sales or business development experience.
Experience selling solutions to brokers, financial institutions, or institutional market participants.
Knowledge of MT4/MT5, FIX API, liquidity services, or related trading technologies.
Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Existing network within the MENA brokerage and institutional trading community.

Responsibilities

Identify and win new institutional business opportunities
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
Build relationships with brokers, financial institutions, and key market participants
Drive account growth, client retention, and revenue expansion
Develop strategic partnerships with senior decision-makers
Collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver client success
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across multiple fintech solutions
Consistently achieve and exceed commercial targets
