Job summary

Binance, a leading crypto fintech firm, is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager in the UAE to lead a portfolio of global institutional and VIP clients, engaging C-suite and senior decision-makers as a trusted advisor.

You will build long-term partnerships, identify growth opportunities across the full product suite, and deepen relationships through high-quality engagement and deep understanding of client objectives. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of client relationship management in private banking, family offices, wealth management, crypto or fintech.
• 5+ years of team leadership experience, coaching and developing junior talent.
• Fluent English and Mandarin; ability to collaborate with global teams and overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior relationship owner and primary contact for a portfolio of global institutional/VIP clients, engaging C-suite and senior decision-makers.
• Build long-term, trust-based partnerships and identify cross-selling opportunities across the full product suite.
• Deepen client relationships through high-quality engagement and understanding client needs and objectives.
• Design and optimize client service processes; oversee health and performance of key accounts.
• Lead client behavior analysis, produce reports, and drive cross-functional delivery of client solutions.
• Lead the client manager team: set standards, coach, and develop junior members, build capability.
• Represent client voice internally to influence product strategy and business planning.
