Job summary

Bybit in Abu Dhabi seeks a Financial Expert to lead strategic finance initiatives and ensure international compliance across transfer pricing, Pillar 2, and DAC8 duties. You will partner with global controllers and the Head of Finance to align regulatory requirements with business goals.

You will drive JV finance operations, cost structuring, and regulatory reporting, coordinating with country controllers and external auditors in a fast-paced, multinational crypto environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Senior Finance roles, ideally in crypto or regulated environments.
• Understanding of international tax (Transfer Pricing, Pillar 2) and DAC8 reporting.
• Proven track record in structuring Joint Ventures or large-scale project finance.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to translate regulations into insights.
• Executive presence with strong negotiation and cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead JV Finance Operations, aligning partners and maintaining group standards.
• Design and implement robust cost structures and equity frameworks.
• Serve as primary financial interface for external partners and internal leadership.
• Oversee global finance projects with focus on regulated sites and reporting.
• Coordinate Transfer Pricing documentation with country controllers and auditors.
• Drive ERP upgrades for tax automation and regulatory reporting.
