Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of B2B sales in recruitment, strong English, and a proven track record of closing long-term accounts while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience in recruitment, staffing or manpower supply.
• Strong existing network with HR and hiring decision-makers in UAE.
• Good understanding of blue-collar hiring (drivers, labour, technicians, facility staff).

Responsibilities

• Strong existing network with HR and hiring decision-makers in UAE companies.
• Good understanding of blue-collar hiring (drivers, labour, technicians, facility staff).
• Proven track record of closing clients and managing long-term accounts.
• Hands‑on with CRM and prospecting tools (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo io, Lusha or similar).
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Currently based in the UAE preferred.
