Job summary

GC International in Dubai is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer with a engineering background to translate customer needs into technical and commercial solutions, supporting business development and tender responses.

The role requires 1–2 years in technical or industrial sales, strong English communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate proposals and compelling presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• 1–2 years in technical sales or industrial equipment sales.
• Ability to learn technical product specifications quickly.
• Strong English communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in customer management and solution selling.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned industries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
• Prepare technical quotations, estimates, proposals, and tender responses.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
• Coordinate with engineering and commercial teams to deliver solutions.
• Maintain customer follow-up and support issue resolution.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity, forecast, and pipeline reports.
• Represent GC International at meetings, exhibitions, and events.
