Job summary

GC International is hiring an Inside Sales Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The role requires a solid engineering background and 1–2 years of experience in technical sales or industrial equipment sales, with the ability to clearly communicate with customers and internal teams.

You will support clients with technical requirements, prepare proposals and quotations, and contribute to business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering (Mech preferred)
• 1–2 years in technical sales or industrial equipment sales
• Strong technical understanding and quick learner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with valves, pumps, instrumentation, or industrial equipment is a plus
• Familiarity with GCC industrial markets preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned industries.
• Provide technical support and recommend suitable engineering solutions to customers.
• Prepare technical quotations, estimates, and tender responses.
• Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions for clients.
• Coordinate with engineering and sales teams to address customer requirements.
• Manage customer follow up, issue tracking, and problem resolution.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when needed.
