Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise networking, Windows and Linux administration, Active Directory, and email infrastructure.
• Drive lifecycle management, capacity planning, performance optimization, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Manage major incidents, conduct RCA, oversee problem management, and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.

Intertec Systems is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Technical Manager to lead enterprise-scale IT infrastructure operations in Dubai. This senior leadership role is ideal for a technically accomplished professional with extensive expertise in managing hybrid IT environments, mission-critical infrastructure, and large-scale enterprise operations.

The successful candidate will oversee infrastructure strategy, operational excellence, disaster recovery, service delivery, and technical governance while leading multi-tier technical teams. Candidates with strong enterprise infrastructure experience and excellent leadership capabilities are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure operations across data centers, VMware environments, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), servers, storage, and backup solutions.
• Oversee enterprise networking, Windows and Linux administration, Active Directory, and email infrastructure.
• Drive infrastructure lifecycle management, capacity planning, performance optimization, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Manage major incidents, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), oversee problem management, and ensure SLA and KPI compliance.
• Lead disaster recovery (DR) exercises, business continuity planning (BCP), and compliance initiatives.
• Mentor, manage, and develop multi-tier technical teams supporting 24x7 operations.
• Drive technical governance, continuous service improvements, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

• 20+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, including 5-7 years in senior technical leadership positions.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in VMware, enterprise data centers, HCI, storage, backup, and networking technologies.
• Solid understanding of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, monitoring solutions, patch management, and disaster recovery.
• Proven experience with ITIL-based service delivery, SLA management, and major incident handling.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills.
• GCC/UAE enterprise experience will be an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of:
