Job summary

This role leads installations, configures SAN/NAS, maintains Active Directory, executes backup strategies, and delivers high-level support for mission-critical IT infrastructure with hands-on expertise in HPE/Dell hardware, NetApp storage, VMware, Hyper-V, and DR architectures.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• Proven IT infrastructure, systems administration or data center experience.
• Deep familiarity with HPE/Dell hardware, NetApp storage, SAN/NAS networking, VMware, Hyper-V, Windows Server, and DR architectures.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise server hardware (HPE/Dell).
• Manage high-availability storage across NetApp, HPE, and Dell platforms.
• Configure and administer virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).
• Support Active Directory domain services and Windows Server environments.

Description: Cellinfo is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join its technical team in Abu Dhabi. This role centers on maintaining, deploying, and optimizing enterprise infrastructure, server hardware, enterprise storage solutions, and virtualization platforms across client environments. The selected candidate will lead installation projects, configure storage area networks, maintain Active Directory frameworks, execute backup strategies, and deliver high-level technical support for mission-critical IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise server hardware, including HPE Synergy, DL series, and Dell server systems.
• Manage high-availability storage infrastructure across NetApp, HPE, and Dell platforms, including Brocade and MDS SAN switches.
• Configure and administer virtualization environments powered by VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, and KVM.
• Support Active Directory domain services, Windows Server instances, and enterprise backup/disaster recovery protocols.
• Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure bottlenecks, system incidents, and client environment issues.

Requirements

• Education & Experience: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering; proven experience within IT infrastructure, systems administration, or data center environments.
