Job summary

Ericsson in Dubai, United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure operations across compute, storage, OS, databases, cloud platforms, and security technologies.

You will own service delivery, governance, risk management, incident handling, and continuous service improvement in a complex hybrid environment. Arabic/English fluency is preferred to engage stakeholders.

Qualifications

15+ years in IT Infrastructure, Technology Operations or Service Delivery.
Experience managing multiple infrastructure domains and operational teams.
Strong ITIL/ITSM practices and governance experience.
Experience leading major incidents, service delivery, and vendor relationships.
Proven ability to communicate with executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead infrastructure service delivery across compute, storage, OS, databases, and cloud platforms.
Oversee VMware, Nutanix, and Azure environments for stability and optimization.
Manage Windows and UNIX/Linux infrastructure lifecycle, security and compliance.
Lead storage, backup, DR, and business continuity operations.
Drive IAM and infrastructure security in partnership with cyber security teams.
Coordinate major incident, problem, and change management activities.
Ensure vulnerability management and patch compliance across tech stack.
Lead capacity planning, resilience, and governance with vendors.
