Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Dubai invites an experienced infrastructure leader to own and govern on‑premises cloud infrastructure, oversee AMS performance, and drive ITIL‑aligned operations. You will manage vendors, scrutinize changes, and ensure secure, reliable service delivery while coordinating with stakeholders across the business.

The role requires 8–12 years in enterprise infrastructure, with at least 5 years managing large environments and 3+ years overseeing outsourced providers.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in enterprise infrastructure operations or engineering.
• At least 5 years managing enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Minimum 3 years managing outsourced/AMS service providers.
• Experience with hybrid/on-prem cloud, ITIL processes, vendor governance, incident/change management, and infrastructure transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Govern infrastructure operations and oversee AMS service delivery.
• Manage vendor SLAs, KPIs, incidents, RCAs, changes, and escalations.
• Review and approve production changes and participate in CAB.
• Oversee monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, IAM, capacity, and performance.
• Support security, audits, compliance, and vulnerability remediation.
• Coordinate operational readiness for infrastructure projects and migrations.
• Drive automation, service improvements, and ITIL best practices.
• Engage business stakeholders and provide operational reporting.
