Job summary

DiceTek UAE is looking for a Cloud Services and Infrastructure Manager to lead enterprise cloud and infrastructure operations in Dubai. The role involves ensuring high availability and performance while managing teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years experience in telecom or IT infrastructure with strong cloud expertise.
• At least 2 years experience in a managed cloud services environment.
• International certifications such as MCSE or CCNP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end cloud services and infrastructure operations.
• Administer and manage Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, Lync, SharePoint.
• Diagnose system issues and implement technical solutions.
