Job summary

Antal International LLC-FZ is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead IT service delivery and operations. You will manage the delivery across infrastructure, security, and support functions while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards.

The ideal candidate has 10-15 years in IT service delivery, strong leadership skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Additional experience with ITSM tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years’ experience in IT service delivery and infrastructure and security management.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and network security.
• Experience with ITSM tools and ITIL processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT service delivery across infrastructure, security, and support functions.
• Oversee service desk and help desk operations, ensuring high-quality user support.
• Lead vulnerability management ensuring compliance with cybersecurity best practices.
