Job summary

Ericsson seeks an experienced Microsoft Infrastructure SME to join the IT Operations team. You will provide expert-level administration across Exchange, AD DS, Entra ID, and related Microsoft services in a predominantly enterprise setup.

You will lead complex incidents, perform RCA, and develop automation, collaborating with Security, Networking, and Application teams to keep services reliable. UAE-based role with on-site responsibilities in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Microsoft Infrastructure and IT Operations.
• Expertise in Exchange On-Premises/Online/Hybrid.
• Strong AD DS and Azure AD Entra ID mastery.
• Proficient in PowerShell automation.
• Familiar with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or HPSM).

Responsibilities

• Provide L3/SME support for Exchange and Hybrid environments.
• Administer and troubleshoot Exchange servers, mailboxes, and mail flow.
• Manage AD DS, DNS, Group Policy, and authentication.
• Administer Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity services.
• Lead incident RCA and implement corrective actions.
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop and Microsoft 365 services.
• Develop PowerShell automation and maintain runbooks.
