Job summary
Ericsson GmbH in Dubai seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure operations, governance, and service delivery across compute, storage, databases, and cloud platforms. You will oversee VMware, Nutanix, Windows, UNIX/Linux, and enterprise systems such as AD, Exchange, M365, and Citrix VDI, partnering with cybersecurity for IAM and security
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, technology operations, or service delivery.
- Proven ability to manage multiple infrastructure domains and operations teams.
- Strong ITIL/ITSM expertise and governance experience.
- Experience handling major incidents, risks, vendor relationships, and governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise infrastructure service delivery across compute, storage, and cloud platforms.
- Oversee Windows, UNIX/Linux, and database infrastructure lifecycle and security.
- Drive IAM and infrastructure security operations with cybersecurity partners.
- Manage major incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Ensure vulnerability management, patching, and end-of-life mitigations.
- Mentor teams, drive automation, and promote continuous service improvement.
