Job summary

Careers International is seeking a Sales Engineer – Industrial Solutions in Dubai to drive direct B2B sales across the UAE. You will target factories, manufacturing plants, warehouses, and commercial end-users for heating, cooling, and solar energy solutions.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, 4–6 years UAE/GCC HVAC sales experience, and strong knowledge of boilers, chillers, heat pumps, and solar water heating systems. A UAE driving license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–6 years UAE/GCC industrial or HVAC sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of boilers, chillers, heat pumps, and solar water heating systems.
• Proven experience in direct B2B sales to industrial and commercial end-users.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and achieve industrial sales targets across the UAE.
• Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with factories and industrial clients.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key industrial accounts.
• Recommend suitable heating, cooling, and solar solutions based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams for accurate system selection and project execution.
• Ensure timely issuance of manuals, warranty letters, and project documentation.
• Share project specifications with the Service Team prior to Testing & Commissioning (T&C).
