Job summary

Careers International in Dubai, UAE, seeks an experienced Sales Engineer to drive project sales in the HVAC/MEP contracting sector. The role requires deep GCC market knowledge and a proven track record in securing project business across the UAE, with a focus on consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.

You will generate project sales, prepare compelling quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of manuals, warranty letters, and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7-8 years of proven GCC experience in HVAC/MEP project sales.
• Strong knowledge of project sales, consultants, and contractor networks.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Generate project sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HVAC/MEP solutions.
• Identify new project opportunities through contractors, consultants, and market research.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of manuals, warranty letters, and project documentation.
• Share project specifications with the Service Team prior to Testing & Commissioning (T&C).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
