Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Engineer – Industrial Solutions to drive direct B2B sales across the UAE. The role focuses on generating business with factories, manufacturing plants, warehouses, cold storage facilities, and commercial end-users for heating, cooling, and solar energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business and achieve industrial sales targets across the UAE.

Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with factories and industrial clients.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key industrial accounts.

Recommend suitable heating, cooling, and solar solutions based on client requirements.

Coordinate with engineering and technical teams for accurate system selection and project execution.

Ensure timely issuance of manuals, warranty letters, and project documentation.

Share project specifications with the Service Team prior to Testing & Commissioning (T&C).

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering .

Minimum 4–6 years of UAE/GCC experience in industrial or HVAC sales.

Strong knowledge of boilers, chillers, heat pumps, and solar water heating systems .

Proven experience in direct B2B sales to industrial and commercial end-users.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

Salary up to AED 8,000 .
