Tanqeeb in Dubai, UAE is hiring a Sales Engineer - Industrial Solutions to drive direct B2B HVAC sales across the UAE. The role focuses on factories, plants, warehouses, and commercial end-users for heating, cooling, and solar energy solutions.

Responsibilities include identifying and closing opportunities, building long-term relationships with industrial accounts, and coordinating with engineering teams to ensure accurate system selection and project execution. A UAE driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 4–6 years UAE/GCC experience in industrial or HVAC sales.
• Knowledge of boilers, chillers, heat pumps, and solar water heating systems.
• Proven direct B2B sales to industrial/end-user clients.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and achieve industrial sales targets across the UAE.
• Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with factories and industrial clients.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key industrial accounts.
• Recommend suitable heating, cooling, and solar solutions based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams for accurate system selection and project execution.
• Ensure timely issuance of manuals, warranty letters, and project documentation.
• Share project specifications with the Service Team prior to Testing & Commissioning (T&C).
