Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced Industrial Engineer to oversee the complete lifecycle of turnkey processing projects from design and procurement to installation, commissioning and client handover. This role requires strong technical expertise in processing systems and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors and clients to achieve seamless project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage projects in alignment with approved scope, timelines and budget.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers and internal engineering teams to ensure timely project and technical service execution.
• Review, approve and ensure accuracy of engineering drawings, layouts and technical documentation.
• Plan, supervise and support installation, testing and commissioning activities at various project sites.
• Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation approaches.
• Prepare technical offers and coordinate closely with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Develop progress reports and participate in project review meetings.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory, safety and quality standards.
• Provide the sales and proposals team with technical insights during the bidding and quotation stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical service or project engineering within FMCG processing, industrial automation or related sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of food processing systems and associated technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and coordination abilities.
• Working knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD or ERP software is advantageous.
• Ability to manage several ongoing projects and travel as needed.
• Valid driving license (preferred).
