Responsibilities

• Grow business with transactional customers through regional programs and campaigns.
• Provide product, price and delivery information; verify and expedite orders; manage routine quotes and bookings.
• Coordinate between customers and factories, Help Desk, Customer Shared Service, and TAC.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers and installed base.
