Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Abu Dhabi to drive sales growth through customer engagement and relationship-building. You will be the focal point for product, price and delivery information, and you will coordinate orders with factories and service teams.

You will manage a broad base of transactional industrial customers, develop incremental business, and maintain excellence in customer service while hitting personal and team targets.

Responsibilities

• Proactively grow business with transactional customers through development of incremental business opportunities and through regional sales programs.
• Customer focal point for product, price and delivery information; expedites and verifies orders.
• Account manager resource for routine quoting, estimating, booking, delivery and billing enquiries.
• Acts as liaison between customer and factories, Help Desk, Customer Shared Service, and TAC.
• Manage personal time and work flow to meet established goals; manage customer relationships through excellence in customer service.
